Heidi is committed to making a difference.  She is results driven, impactful and passionate about what she does. 

Her realness helps her relate to people at all levels of the businesses she works in. She consults with senior management, building sound learning strategy that optimises performance and creates strong return on investment.

Her pragmatic approach engages people quickly in the learning environment. Her sessions are engaging, challenging and experiential and equip participants with what they need to get results in the real world. 

She believes that building emotional intelligence and trust are the lynch pins of sales and leadership effectiveness and leverages her expertise to create strong foundations for her learning design. 

As a trusted learning professional with 15 years’ experience, Heidi has many career highlights.  These include:
 

  • Designing and developing a sales and sales leadership programme for a global audience delivering a significant return on investment.

  • Consulting to David Forman for 9 years as a senior facilitator and instructional designer, building and delivering learning programmes with some of New Zealand’s leading companies.

  • Increasing employee engagement in businesses by helping leaders build the skills and behaviours they need to have truly effective leadership conversations.
     

Specialising in construction, banking, telco and retail, Heidi is a highly experienced learning and development strategist, an engaging facilitator and instructional designer of industry leading learning tools.

Heidi is an accredited facilitator of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Everything DiSC and is GENOS EI accredited through OPRA Psychology Group.

Joan is a forward-thinking, results-oriented and passionate organisational development professional who has successfully lead internal and consulting OD teams. She has had critical roles in global organisations, her most recent being:

  • Global Head, OD (Interim).
  • Group Talent Manager, Fletcher Building.
  • OD Manager, Coca-Cola Amatil NZ.
  • Principal, OD with Sheffield.

As director, Joan works with clients to create exceptional value through developing inspiring future leaders, high-performing teams and collaborative, engaged and inclusive cultures. She is an engaging and impactful facilitator and coach and designs “fit-for-purpose” solutions and programmes to deliver desired outcomes. She draws on her extensive experience, professional network and client feedback to ensure her work continues to make a real difference!

Torin is the digital and media developer for Real Learning. He does the filming and creates most of the online materials. He has a keen eye for design and enjoys bring stories to life.
